• 3 months warranty (supplied parts and labour normal business hours only)

• Appliances serviced at a reduced cost 10% off normal domestic charges

4 Star House Gas Maintenance Plan

• 12 months warranty labour (labour covered for normal business hours only)
• Priority service
• No hidden costs
• All appliances serviced
• "Tenant walkthroughs" up to 3 per year

Terms and Conditions

4 star service plans are subject to a satisfactory inspection and service before commencement of service plan.

If appliance fails the criteria but has been serviced 3 star rates apply.

Service plan is transferable to new house owner.

General wear and tear through normal use is covered.

Not covered by service plan: cleaning of glass between services, relighting of pilots due to gas outage, damage due to electrical surges and natural disasters, out of town travel, user faults.
