- Late night repairs (until 7pm)

Terms and Conditions
5 Star and 4 Star service plans are subject to a satisfactory inspection and service before commencement of service plan.
If appliance fails the criteria but has been serviced 3 Star rates apply.
Payment in full upon completion of appliance service.
Service plan is transferable to new house owner.
General wear and tear through normal use is covered.
Component exclusions: flues, decorative panels, trims including glass, firebox and log display.
Fire components covered: fans, burners, pilot assembly, safety devices, gas valves, electrical components and thermostats.
Not covered by service plan: gas cylinders and regulator components, cleaning of glass between services, relighting of pilots
due to gas outage, replacement of fire if parts no longer available, damage due to electrical surges and natural disasters,
out of town travel.
